02 Aug 07, Sudhit Sethi: I am Sudhit Sethi (student of PGPM Batch 2007-09). I want to know the total number of credits in PGPM program. What are the credits required to obtain the diploma. Like other professional courses, Is there any option of auditing/leaving the subjects/courses? Also Do tell me the various academic collaborations/tie-ups of ASB with foreign universities. Are there any student exchange programs or Is ASB planning to have them in future? I am interested to go abroad for my PHD in HR so it will be great if I can get glimpse of foreign education in my MBA also. Thanks!
Reply: The 2007-09 curriculum carries 100 credits. For details click here. To obtain the Diploma, a student should do 100 credits with Grades A, B or C. Students who are awarded U (Unsatisfactory) in any course will not be awarded Diploma unless he/she improves the grade. While core courses must be taken necessarily. some electives may be left out provided the student has taken sufficient number of electives to complete the required credits.
